At NBT Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and final sale items may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
